1. Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized frames once the order has been processed and dispatched. Each frame is made to your specific design and photo preferences, so we encourage you to carefully review your order details before submitting.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving the product) with:
- A photo of the damaged or defective frame.
- A description of the issue.
We will assess the situation and, if verified, offer you a replacement or a full refund for the damaged or defective item.
3. Incorrect Orders
If we have made an error in processing your order (e.g., wrong design, size, or frame), we will offer to either correct the mistake or issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your incorrect order, providing a photo of the frame and a description of the error.
4. Cancellation of Orders
Since most of our orders are processed quickly, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not been processed or shipped. To cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately.
5. Refund Process
Once your return, exchange, or refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For orders paid via credit card or other payment processors, the refund may take 7-10 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on the payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to an error on our part.
